IQOS & HEETS Delivery Areas — Dubai & UAE
Ordering IQOS, HEETS or TEREA in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE? This page explains how to check whether delivery is available for your address and what to review before placing an order. Coverage, charges and estimated timing depend on your address and the options offered at checkout; this page is not a guarantee of a particular delivery speed.
Checking delivery in Dubai
Whether you are in Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah or Al Barsha, enter your full delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order. Include your building name, apartment or villa number, area and a reachable phone number. A Dubai address alone does not establish a same-day delivery cutoff or guarantee an arrival time.
Ordering from other emirates
Shopping from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain? Check the delivery options presented for your specific address before paying. Availability and estimates can vary by location and order. Our shipping policy has the current shipping terms; the checkout is where you can review the options offered to your address.
Before you place an order
- Check that the item and selected variant are the ones you want. Product names, flavours, quantities and device compatibility can differ.
- For heated tobacco products, confirm your device model: HEETS and TEREA are different formats and are not interchangeable.
- Check stock, your delivery address, the shipping charge and the available payment methods at checkout rather than relying on a general claim.
- If timing matters, contact us with your area and the product you want before ordering.
When the order arrives
Compare the delivered product with your order confirmation, including the model, flavour, variant and quantity. If the item is incorrect, open or damaged, keep its packaging, take clear photos and contact us with your order number before using it. Read the refund policy for the applicable conditions and process.
