About Heets Escape

Heets Escape is an online store based in Dubai, UAE. We serve adults who want to compare products carefully before they buy, whether they already know the product they need or are still working out which format suits them. This page is a starting point for understanding our store, how to check the details that matter, and where to go when you need help.

Find the right product, not just a familiar name

Product names can look similar while the format, flavour, strength, pack contents or device compatibility differs. Read the individual product listing before ordering and check its images, variant selection and description against what you intend to use. If a listing does not answer an important question, contact us before placing an order rather than guessing.

In particular, heated tobacco sticks, disposable vapes, rechargeable devices and vape liquids are not interchangeable. A flavour name alone does not tell you whether a product works with your device. Check the exact model or compatibility information shown on the listing, and ask us if you are unsure. Availability and prices can change, so use the current product page as your reference.

Ordering in Dubai and across the UAE

For shipping destinations, delivery charges and timing, read our shipping policy before checkout. Your order and checkout show the information available for your selected address. If you have a time-sensitive delivery question, get in touch before ordering rather than relying on a general estimate.

For eligibility, conditions and the steps to take if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, read our refund policy. Keep your order details handy when you contact us so we can understand the issue.
